Crevisto is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides AI-powered image generation and manipulation tools. Users can access various AI tools to transform, enhance, and create images based on their subscription plan.
Account Creation & User Obligations
By creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Not share your account with others
- Use the service for lawful purposes only
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the system
- Respect intellectual property rights
Pricing and Payment Terms
Our service operates on a subscription basis with the following terms:
- Free plan: Limited access to basic tools
- Creator plan: Full access to all tools with monthly credit allocation
- Pro plan: Enhanced access with higher credit limits
- Payments are processed monthly in advance
- VAT applies according to French micro-enterprise regulations
- No refunds for partial months of service
Service Availability & Liability
Service Availability: While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee 100% availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by French law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Intellectual Property
Our Rights: Crevisto retains all rights to the software, platform, and underlying technology. The service and its components are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
User Content: You retain ownership of content you create using our tools. By using the service, you grant us a license to store, process, and deliver your content as necessary to provide the service.
Generated Content: AI-generated images are yours to use commercially, subject to applicable laws and the terms of any third-party AI models we utilize.
Account Termination
User Termination: You may close your account at any time through your dashboard settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except for data we're legally required to retain.
Service Termination: We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. We'll provide notice when possible, except in cases of serious violations.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
